What is taijustu

Taijutsu (体術; Literally meaning "Body Techniques") is a basic form of techniques and refers to any techniques involving the martial arts or the optimisation of natural human abilities. Taijutsu is executed by directly accessing the user's physical and mental energies, relying on the stamina and strength gained through training. It typically does not require chakra, though chakra may be used to enhance its techniques. Taijutsu generally requires no hand seals to perform, occasionally making use of certain stances or poses, and are far quicker to use than ninjutsu or genjutsu. Taijutsu is simply put: hand-to-hand combat.

Sakura and Tsunade and tsunade taijustu utilize CES which enhances the overall body strength. Unlike gai/lee & the hyuga taijustu, they don't need to train excessively in it. Because they don't need to land multiple unlike their's.

If you were to replace tsunade with sakura they would've been killed instantly.

With CES they don't necessarily need to land a direct hit to kill you. Their AOE is long range and can be used in multiple ways.

1.) Kill you
2.) Break your bones in your legs/feet (immobilize you)
3.) Mess up your footing

With their AoE they can crush dozens of ninjas with 1 blow. They could replicate what sasuke did in a sec.

Able to combat huge opponents

Their taijustu is exponentially, excellent at combating huge targets. With their strength they would be able to immbolize them quickly and efficiently.

Even if their enemy knows about their regeneration they will still have an advantage. They can dash through attacks without caring about their physical state and land a blow

Other things they can do with their strength

With their strength they can break through entrances that would be impossible for a normal shinobi.

They can also use their strength to lift up huge objects and used it for battle. Also they can have the highest jump. Tsunade jumped over jiriya's Katon. (While carrying a sword weighing tons) Imagine how high she would've jumped if she didn't have to carry the sword.

They can clear a terrain to find a enemy who might be hiding.

Their overall taijustu can be considered one of the best styles in Naruto. They can achieve so many things using CES and use it effectively in battle.

I agree with the premise of this thread that they don't need to land multiple hits but the problem is they are slow compared to their respective similar ranked shinobi

Landing hits means getting close. Which means they will be putting their lives in danger.

It doesn't matter how many blows they land they just need one to end it. And if they were to get close their AoE of hitting the ground can be very fatal to them.
