Mei's lava was dodged by the likes of Karin, her water jutus is rendered useless due to Bykaugo and her acid mist is dissapated via explossive kunai and requires a few hand seals which allows Sakura to close in and kill.

The one panel we saw wasn't all that happened, There was obviously off panel fight due to sakura already having knives embedded into her arm.

I mean damn she is fast, she failed to dodge an off panel attack and blitz him while he made said attack, Even though she apprently has the speed to do so!

Mito
Mei
Kushina
Tsunade
Sakura

as far as chakra reserves go:

Sakura
Mito
Tsunade

Tsusnde is a hybrid of uzimaki and Senju she takes the stamina and chakra category by mile shot

Sakura has regular chakra reserves of joinin but has stored chakra in her forehead when not fighting she has amazing chakra control not chakra reserves

becuase Sasuke immediately burst in (via Susanoo) and mKes direct contact with the Shuriken made of knives, which causes it to disperse into individual knives (notice the Shizzle & Crack).

Those knives got stuck into Sakura due to Sasuke making direct contact with Shuriken (made of knives) which caused them to dispurse into many individual knives that scattered across the cave. Two of those knives got caught in her arm so you see Shin's attack wasn't successful.

You can see the knifes sticking in sakura's arm before sasuke even blocked the attack. knifes in her arm right next to the panel he threw his shuriken.
