You make it sound like it could last forever. We have seen even in Neji that the move is chakra exhausting.
And we have seen Tenten to be able to literally spam those things.

How is that possible? If Hinata goes to engage Tenten she lets an open spot for Sakura to hit. You will tell me that Ino can get into Sakura's mind but that's been proven wrong when it comes to Sakura.
