Deidara solos with C3 (mid-diff) or C4 (high-diff). Restrict those and they can pull off a high-diff win.

Hinata is literally a target waiting to be bombed. Her Vacuum Palms may deflect a few C1, but that's it.
Temari is the only one with a solid method of defence but she's not getting anywhere with regular wind jutsus which are the only thing Deidara will have to look for here and can easily avoid.
Sakura survives until C3 (or C4 in case her body doesn't get destroyed beyhond repair) gets dropped. That's not getting her anywhere either.
