Sakura can't block an attack she can't even see or predict, not to mention her body as a whole would get sent flying at high speeds like a rag doll seeing as how powerful the blast is, which would more than likely cause her head to collide here and there as she is knocked into oblivion.

show me a feat when an air palm did this and I'll give up. Kisame was just pushed away and that's the only time we saw a air palm hit a human. Why didn't neji attack him in the head? Why didn't kisame's organs get destroyed? Why was kisame only pushed away and nothing happened to him?
