Sakura would fodderize 95 percent of that entire alliance. That's THOUSANDS of ninjas there. Of course compared to main characters like obito, madara, hokages, nauruto, sasuke, shes weak sauce because they are on a whole other level. But you can't seriously sit there and go oh she sucks.
