Those two are different in how they use their seals, as tsunade uses hers to check her age, whiles sakura uses hers fully. That was the reason why tsunade went into coma.

What! Sakura kage level, since when. All the kages including tsunade would stomp her hard. She may only be above them in chakra reserves.

Thanks for the laugh, OP. Never gets old reading threads about Sakura being higher than a Kage (specifically: Tsunade). Sakura is and always will be useless. Her "worth" is very, very rarely put into use. She has, what, 2 actual feats in the entire manga? One was creating the Strength of a Hundred Seal. The second was using said seal to help Obito go through different dimensions, trying to find Sasuke.

Sakura is and always has been a joke character. I'd dare say that Ten-Ten has done more than her......

She is no where close to being above kage level. She's barely Kage level due to her lack of experience, poor awareness and lack of versatility.

Her only claim is being the second best medic in the series. And due to Naruto, she's now the 3rd.

Currently it seems like she hasn't, or at least she's getting close. Tsunade simply has her natural strength, while Sakura builds up chakra for her attacks. I don't think she's surpassed boob lady yet, though i hope she does. I dislike Tsunade, but not Sakura.
