I think Gudoudama is doing serious damage on pure ninjutsu body(edo) and not body flesh with ninjutsu(alive human).

Pretty Much. Sakura's regeneration is using chakra to rapidly increase cell reproduction, rather than create an entirely new body part from chakra. Gudou Dama's nullify the new arm because it uses pure chakra, but Byakugou just uses Chakra to increase growth.

Edo hashi and tobirama cant move when they got chakra rod on their body, its when Madara activate the seal or something they cant move afterward

In Sakura case, if that rod is activated maybe Sakura cant move also
