It doesn't work like that. Medical skills aren't that transferable and that is the reason why Tsunade had to be sought out and the reason Sakura was able to help Kankuro when Chiyo could not be.

Shizune is tsunades succesor imo and the second best medical ninja ever she was tsunades true pupil so sakura is average at healing imo
