Just came across this on TV Tropes.

Chapter 676 has a subtle but significant plot hole when examined. Madara stabs Sakura, while she is in Strength of a Hundred Seal mode, which in a nutshell is self-healing and super strength mode, with one of his Yin-Yang rods, rods which also have the ability to negate any form ninjutsu. But when she retreats, she was able to heal herself. How in the hell was that even possible? It's even more jarring when you put into context that the exact same thing happened with Tsunade, although in that case, she was stabbed by Madara's Wooden Susano'o sword so it's justifiable that she would not have been killed. But Sakura... no. She should have died, plain and simple.

That being said , Sakura already activated the byakugo So her regeneration is automatic its not a ninjutsu that needs seals etc..Even Madara noticed she could restore her body automatically after he stabbed her.

Except for the fact that Minato is basically a living Jutsu.
Think of it this way:
Sakura activated the Jutsu again.
Minato does not own the Jutsu, nor could he control it. Therefore, his arms did not grow back.

She should've died when those clawed chunnin hidden mist ninjas attacked them in like Episode 7 as well, Sakura escaping death is nothing new to the series.

Sakura activated the Jutsu again.
Minato does not own the Jutsu, nor could he control it. Therefore, his arms did not grow back.

Actually, he's possessing a living being's body. Remember how Edo Tensei works?

Sakura's technique was automatic and already on by the time Madara stabbed her. Unlike the impure world reincarnations, her flesh isn't a technique and thus rebuilding it wouldn't have the same problems as say Minato fixing his arm. Besides plot armor because she's a main character, it's also a really nifty technique. it does come at a price and with how young Sakura managed to get her seal, it can be safe to say she's probably not living to see fifty, so if you really want assurance of a death that badly, know she'll probably die middle-aged.
