That's a big no, because even Naruto has shown more battle wit than Sakura, whose intelligence only counts for being a bookworm. Just to remind that they are not sensor ninja and they are vs super long range + quite powerful summon and if danzo has to go all out he use KA in the begining and end the battle.
Karin able to detect his secret BECAUSE she was sitting there and hide and had TIME.

Probably. Eventually people would catch on that he is avoiding death, although they would need to be able to sense his chakra dropping or see his eyes closing.

Although neither could beat Danzo in battle imo.

Sakura: Maybe. She's considered more intelligent than Sasuke, who figured out the jutsu by himself. Now, his Sharingan could've helped him or he could have had intel beforehand (since he's an Uchiha and started countering the jutsu quite early on), so i don't think its fair to compare directly.
But she's still very intelligent on her own and could survive very long. Those are basically the two requirements needed to do well against Danzo.

Shikamaru: Yes and no. He could certainly figure Izanagi out but he wouldn't last a minute against Danzo. So, it depends on whether it is a battle scenario or not.
