Why it shouldn't ? She protected him from acid that could burn him and ruin the whole plan .Not to mention she instantly healed her wound ... It is a feat wether you like it or not.

I wouldn't call it a "Fast Reaction", Pretty sure any shinobi could have reacted the same as sakura did.

Sakura not only managed to react to acid coming in from another dimension when she should have been taken by surprise from the unexpected appearance of the acid, she was running on empty and was giving Obito a large amount of chakra to create the same portal that shot out the acid. Not only that, she had the time to react to it in these conditions, grab Obito and leap away while holding on to Obito.

I'd say it was a nice speed feat. Part one Kakashi is praised for his speed and one of his most noteworthy speed feats is saving Kurenai from an unexpected clone explosion (

). It should also be taken into account that Kakashi was in a better physical condition compared to Sakura. Not saying Sakura is faster than part one Kakashi but his part one speed feats shouldn't be over hyped and then speed feats from Sakura shunned.

She didn't heal her wound, she preferred to save chakra in order to keep looking for Sasuke...
