Same applies to whatever else happens in the manga. No Madara=No evil Obito=No Kyuubi Attack=Naruto grows up regularly = He wouldn't need anyone helping him. Sakura literally would not need to help him (Probably would've learned FTG from Minato). To the scan you posted,..The Kyuubi would've manifested and beside he took a chidori to the heart at VOTE so Naruto probably wouldn't have died.
