What can Tsunade do that Sakura cant?
She can release the Byakugo seal. Not unlikely that Sakura can as well, seeing she has the seal. She can heal with Katsuyu too. She has the CES (chakra enhanced strength) and Sakura has talent for genjutsu as Kakashi once said (although she only seems to use it for tracking and releasing genjutsus). Sakura will become Tsunade v2.

Byakugo isn't the name of that seal, and no we don't know if Sakura can do Byakugo. I agree she will eventually surpass Tsunade as that is the theme of this Manga, but I'm hoping she shows something other than Byakugo that would fit her character and style better.

...and certainly not slug sage mode.

In case she would have the same sage mode (in case they both would have slug sage mode). Healing seems to be the slug theme and Hashi could heal without seals during sage mode.

Itachi's Sword of Totsuka have a 0% chance of hitting, it could penetrate through Gaara's Sand Defense, Perfect Susanoo and also Yata Mirror.

Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu would turn on the user instead..

Obito's Ying Yang Water Fire Earth beam won't be able to cut through it nor erase it.
