Also, it isn't just the people of NB that dislikes her. When I was a child and was watching Naruto on Toonami; I hated when Sakura got screen time, because of how annoying her character's personality and overall presence truly is.

I wasn't going by strength I was going by their actual personality and even if say Shizune is off panel what does that actually say if her character is better than that of Sakura's.

yup she sure bitched and moaned her way through her fight with chiyo vs sasori, she sure moaned when making a cure for that poison and healing kankuro, she moaned her way through healing hinata becauase it was too hard and naruto and everyone else, she moaned so hard after punching the animal path, she sure did moan with her shallow selfish self all the way to trying to kill someone she knew she had no chance at killing to let naruto not be burdened anymore, and she definitely moaned when she had to use her intelligence to discover the neji fake, and moaned when she found out its ability and sent into back to corps

Hinatas personality is so boring, we never see shizune react any particular way displaying her personality out of filler, and temari is a cold hearted girl but i like her style.
