Shanaroo is unbelievably strong, let alone with the Yin Seal or Strength of a hundred. Gaara's sand isn't as strain as it once was with the Bijuu inside it, and the sheer kinetic force and heat of her punches will turn the sand into glass.
Not to mention she was fast enough to evade Kaguya who was faster than Madara, she can probably speedblitz.
Sakura can just sit down and continually punch the ground against the sand. Not much Gaara can do against that.
