1) Kaguya was caught off guard based on !!?.

This indicates that Sakura successfully attacked Kaguya from her direct Byakugan blind spot at the back of her head.

2) Sakura speed blitzed at Riku levels so fast that no one detected her


3) Sakura has vast knowledge and understanding of byakugan based on her knowing about the blindspot.

They just upset sakura is irrelevant and only landed a punch because kakashi kamui. Also kaguya was distracted against the real threat Naruto and sasuke, sakura is fodder to kaguya.
