According to the record Naruto has defeated more S Class villains than anybody of the 11 of the village. Sakura has only fought only one S Class and not alone and it was close to the very end and that was Sakura first and only major battle in all the manga episodes.
she could kill most with a direct hit. logically speaking that is, if shes trying to kill. there are some she would probably not be able to kill in one hit like kisame, kakazu, gaara, etc but if she were to hit someone like sai, choji, rock lee etc she could kill them in a single blow. shes fast, one of the fastest, but that would be one of her only downfalls (like she could tech kill sasuke, but she wouldnt be fast enough as we have seen)

This is the level of destruction a punch from early shipuuden Sakura, most likely she would at least be a little stronger by now at least. But it's very safe to say that most ninjas would find it fatal to take one of these to the face. Granted a few would have at least the possibility of surviving and a few would survive it gauranteed.
A few that would survive it.

Kakuzu (has several lifes)
Third raikage (Boss)
Danzo (izanagi)

Several will be smart enough to have substitute jutsus and tricks and such, but if an S class ninja, gets that direct punch in the face on the real body, than most would go KO imo.
Some cant die, like Tsunade during Byakugo and some are to fast to hit for Sakura, like Raikage, Naruto, Lee and some others, some have tricks like Suigetsu his waterform.
But when she connects with that punch and the defences are down like Byakugo, Susanoo and other defences, than many S-Rank's would go down. Problem is, many have all kinds of defences and tricks up their sleeve, to make sure they dont get punched it the face with no defences up.
Even when getting hit, a sage mode user, can take extreme damage and Gaara could even stand up after getting smacked around like crazy by a 5gates user Rock Lee.
It goes without doubt that Sakura is among the people that have the strongest punch though, which, even on an S-Rank Shinobi, can be a 1 Hit KO punch.
well a good punch has 2 driving factors, strength and speed. if sakura does punch an s-class ninja, it would probably just cause severe damage, not death, but dats if she can even make a hit, as she is slow.
yes if she actually landed a punch she could one hit kill almost anyone in naruto verse but the problem is she isnt fast enough, any S class ninja could easily evade her, but now imagine rock lees speed plus sakuras punch xD that would be something to be afraid of

You seem unable to comprehend that this thread isn't about her being able to hit an s-rank ninja. I've never once said that Sakura would win a battle against any S-rank shinobi. Learn to read. I said that this thread is about if she would hit an s-rank ninja, would it kill him. If she would hit him or not is completely irrelevant. You should only take into account what happens when Sakura gets a free punch in the face against an s-rank ninja which she intends to kill. Nothing else.

The point of this thread is: Can Sakura kill everyone if she lands a DIRECT hit? And the answer is yes, her punch can kill 80/ 85 % of her targets. The only exceptions are Tsunade, Orochimaru, 3rd Raikage, 4th Raikage, Kisame, Kakuzu, DSM Kabuto, Suigetsu, maybe Juugo + I'm sure there are others too.

Like an S rank is going to pose for a punch, let see Sakura trows a punch at Minato, Minato teleports behind Her its over ,or Sakura trows a punch against the 4 Raikage, Raikage speed hits Sakura before Her punch is haft way their. The same against Naruto in Sage mode or Naruto in Beast Mode or How about Sasuke who took away Her kunai. Battle field experience. Go to the gym and see who can, and can't land pouches its base on simple experience and practices with live targets who move,think and react, their not mindless punching bags, you don't get to be an S Class Fighter by being a punching Bag.
