Last time Sakura was too slow too dodge a Mokuton Spike thrown by Jubi and dodging is supposed to be her specialty.

when its for comic relief jubbi hit wont make scrach
part 1 sakua punch naruto and fly around all konoha does that count as strength no

normally comic relief doesnt count however when its not for comedy its ko when she hit sai she didnt use chakra thats mean sakura is strong even without chakra

As for her punches, yes they are lethal but it depends on how much power she uses and how fast she is, but there is no doubt they are deadly if she makes a direct hit.
