I never said he was going to die, Sasuke wasn't going to die either, but she still stopped Shin's attack that was targeting them, it's like what Sasuke did when he "saved" Sakura after Shin threw that shuriken, she wasn't going to die, if you count that as a save, then what Sakura did was also a save for Naruto.
