since when was Hamura related to fodders? No, seriously, Hamura is more likely than not the Ancestor of Uzumakia and Hyuga; and most likely had Byakugan. How can you say sakura's related to him?

Yes an axe with special powers is a power up. When Bee got Samehada it was a power up.
