Sakura was the reason Sasori gave up. Sasori was about to kill Chiyo but Sakura took the sword for her which influenced him to not avoid Chiyo's attack. He turned from wanting to kill Chiyo from letting her kill him just from what Sakura did.

Chiyo wouldn't have lasted 2 seconds either without Sakura either.. Sakura was the one that smashed Huriko, Sakura was the one that destoryed the Kazekage puppet, Sakura was the one with the ANTIDOTE to save Chiyo many times and Sakura was also the one to counteract the iron sand (one of the Kazekages most lethal weapons). On top of that she played a huge role in defeating the 100 puppets.

So no, it was 50/50.

Nope it was more of 70/30, Chiyo's stats are 32 and Sasori's is 34.5 while Sakura has much lower stats than those, Chiyo would have lasted much more than two seconds on her own, I wish I could say the same for Sakura. And Chiyo was practically informing and directing her every step of the way, telling her of the puppet's iron sand, putting traps to smash Huriko, information about Sasori etc. Sakura is like a hammer, good to smash things when someone is holding it, and completely useless when left alone.

Does stats matter? You should be reviewing the fight to see who did what not the characters stats. Completely useless on her own? Who was the one that came up with the plan to defeat the Kazekage puppet and who did it by herself.. Sakura. She faked that she had got hit so Sasori aimed the puppet at her and she smashed it. Who was the one that came up with the antidote by herself which according to Sasori's words was nearly impossible to make because the ingredients had to be 100% right and only Tsunade and Sakura could make an antidote like that. I suggest you review the fight if you didn't see how much involvement Sakura was to the fight which I have already explained but you seem to deny because you don't like her and want to bring her down.

Not to forget that Sakura's actions was the "push" that made Sasori "give up".

Chiyo would not have been able to destroy 3rd kazekage or Hiuko without Sakura, AND she saved Chiyo a few times.

Sakura had to be backed up by Lady Chiyo, if Sakura fought by herself she would've have most certainly been killed, and only in the end did Sasori let them win because he didn't want to kill his granny.

I dont get why everyone keeps saying that if this person wasnt there that person wouldve been killed. It doesnt matter if they werent there, Its the fact that they were there and there for a reason, to help there teamate.
