Well, Naruto might not go for the title in the end. He wanted the title for ackknowledgement mainly and he has already got that.
Sasuke might not get it either.
Just as Oro and Jiriaya didnt go for it and Tsunade become hokage, the same might apply to Sakura.

She's going to need a lot more techniques if she's going to surpass Naruto and Sasuke and become Hokage.

Even though she was teasing Naruto and Sasuke last chapter I doubt she would take the role away from Naruto. She could be a decent replacement if needed, but it's not her true goal. Sasuke and Naruto both want to be Hokage to change the village and end everyone's suffering, but they have very different views on how to go about it.

Kishi is giving one very important point (i think).
Remember when Minato when he saw Naruto and Sakura.
Minato did said something about his wife, Kushina who also want to be Hokage.
So, if Sakura had Sasuke/Naruto, then she will just be a good wife!
