Actually it's not about Minato nor Sakura it's about an Uchiha xD

Because I think (according to my info) that Bloodline Limit something connected to the clan

and we have now Madara and Sasuke ( and they Have 3 bloodlines Sharingan,Mankegyou,EMS)

So I believe the 4th Bloodline limit Whould be the next stage of EMS

Sasuke should be the one to have because he is the only one who got rid of the hatred of Uchiha wich causes the mankegyou =D
