As of chapter 676, it's pretty much been confirmed. Sakura finally figured out that Sasuke doesn't give a crap about her.

That put the nail in coffin for SasuSaku. Not necessarily NaruHina but I think the whole parallels of Sakura and Karin trying their best to save Naruto and Sasuke respectively coupled with Minato's "girlfriend" remark and the CPR scene (not the CPR itself but Sakura's thoughts throughout) were the nails in that coffin.
