The only true underdog is Rock Lee,he trains just as much if harder than Naruto ever did and he does'nt come from any special clan or have any talent besides taijutsu.

I agree that Sakura is the real underdog........But naruto really was an underdog in academy days and even in the beginning of the series!! U_U
But no mangaka is going to continue having his protagonist as an underdog throughout the series, it gets old very soon!!
Although Naruto is better written character.....according to me atleast!! U_U

So wait, just cuz Sakura is more relatable and more of an underdog mean she is stronger as a character? But I'd like to respond on your interpretaion of Naruto's backgroud.

He is did not gain all of the Uzumaki abilities, so there's that. But do we even really know about the Namikaze's? We know Minato was good, but were all the Namikazes? I don't think so otherwise we would still be hearing of them today. And you also say Naruto was the hokage's son. Yes, that's true, but he did not have the advantages of this (like Kakashi had with his Dad) because Minato died. This would make him being the Hokage's son have nothing to do with it cuz just because you are the son of someone does not mean you are just as good as them. You need their guidance.

I can see where you were going and stuff but I wanna see part 2 before I officially decide who's a stronger character. Although it would take a lot of convincing to prove to m Sakura is, but I have an open mind

stop trolling and read the thread I hate people who do this... he put effort in this thread and really did a good job getting the point across...for you other trolls he is not saying Sakura is stronger, smarter or has a better personality but that her actual character is better than naruto's because she had nothing going for her where as naruto had EVERYTHING going for him...he gets unearned powerups for NO REASON where as Sakura is all BASE and works hard to be this strong for a girl.

Note: I am trying very hard to troll but with my previous threads I tried too hard and was reported by several people so now I will try to do it without stupidly bashing Naruto in an obvious fashion. But I will still fail at trolling and am wasting my time, as I always do.
