Mito and the Uzumaki clan were famous for the sealing techniques so every thing I've said isn't a far reach..

1. Sakura rushed Madara because she knew she would regenerate and that's exactly what she did. Her regeneration sustained her life by Madara's own admission.
2. Sakura couldn't have used Kyubi chakra because it disappeared entirely shortly after Madara ripped it from Naruto. Only the Kybui's chakra could've kept him alive not medical ninjutsu so that's why Sakura kept him alive until they found some. Read the manga!
3. The Yin Seal is Uzumaki finjutsu (the legendary Mito wielded it as well).
4. Do your research The Yin Seal is an s-rank finjutsu technique it's even labed as a forbidden jutsu.
