I'd go with team two...maybe

Mu is useful at keepng an eye from the sky for Minato and sniping, however Gaara sort of negates that...I don't see how Sakura can be all that useful

I'm assuming her role will be healing and boosting their attacks. But team 2 probably wins, IDK.

And she can boost Muu jinton to make it massive
Also Muu can make her punches super heavy like onoki did with raikage. A heavy punch from Sakura would be incredibly destructive

It would also make it incredibly slow... Massive jinton may put this in team ones favor tho

There is no evidence that she can heal ms sickness while I agree they can use her as a chakra source itachi will indeed go blind doesn't matter how much chakra she give him

I'm going with team 1, high-diff.
Muu > Gaara and Itachi + Sakura is a scary enough combo to match Minato, imo.

Minato summonings gets taken out via genjutsu. Mu gives Itachi the ability to fly which means Itachi can engage Gaara with his Susanoo while being in air. Sakura boost on Mu gives his Jinton a huge boost in size which could also take out Gaara. Minato is then gang raped.​
