Inner Sakura seems to be the source of Sakura's powers. As your scan confirmed inner Sakura is Sakura's "2nd mind" which explains why she is the smartest ninja in her generation, immune to genjutsu (No, Sasuke didn't put her in a genjutsu at the end of part 2, Sakura was just tired so she passed out) and was able to adapt so quickly in battle (see the Sasori fight for example).

Inner Sakura is basically a bijuu+Ukon and Sakon. She wasn't fully explored because she would be too op and would overshadow other characters.

sakura is clearly schizophrenic: two personalities, delusional, two minds, fixated in non sense objectives, even the guy she liked said she had no reason to like him, she has anger issues... i've always knew she wasn't mentaly healthy, and now we found her problem. She's a bad stigma for schizophrenics though. there's a lot who are functional and are nice people. Madara is also schizophrenic, but I think he has a different type of schizophrenia.
