People are saying that Sakura has surpassed Tsunade, in my opinion yes they both have the same power and skills however Tsunade has way more experience that Sakura.
3 possible ways that would make Sakura surpass the Slug Queen:
1) Develop 9 or 19 more Byakugou Seals in her body which may allow her to activate Sage Mode and summon 100% Katsuyu
2) If not, due to her delicate and perfect chakra control, be the 1rst Medical/Sealing Ninja (sealing as the Uzumaki sealing techniques)
3) Create her own jutsu.
If she manage to do one of these i think she would surpass Tsunade, however at this level they're equal in power but not in experience, which means that Tsunade > Sakura.
