Sakura is suffering she's really suffering and she finally broke. This isn't simply passing out. She has fallen into a comatose state. Her depression has been caused by what? Being alone and watching everyone else be happy and go on dates. The guy she loves sasuke is the main cause of that depression. She wants him to be there and have fun with him but she can't. She still remembers this.

Ever since she was a kid she had a penchant for passing out

First of sakura was never passing out daily and Shizune can't possibly know this information. Sakura started training with tsunade and Shizune when she was 13/14 she wasn't a child. And Shizune mood is off. If you were trying to cheer someone up you wouldn't look sad or worried. Shizune face speaks alert to me. She looks really worried for sakura but trying to keep calm for sarada.

Now looking at how she passed out and how she's in a hospital she kind of reminds me of tsunade when she passed out and fell unconscious which led to a coma. Sakura looks seriously hurt. Physically she's alright but mentally her stress is hurting to the point of unconsciousness.

If you look under her eyes it's red or signs of a high fever and her health seems to get worse and she defiantly didn't faint. Hinata faints sakura is unconscious and she could fall in a coma. In her coma we may see more on the whole uchiha family issues. What caused her to be in this situation.
