I'm not going to go the hate sakura route like so many of the idiots in this thread; but Sakura isn't anything like Kushina.Kushina was a skill kunoichi even before she became a genin.Sakura didn't development any real fighting skills until part 2.Furthermore, having a temper and getting pick on doesn't really make any one person unique, nor does it make two people similar.There are many people, girls and boys, who have tempers.And who hasn't been pick on at some point in there lives?

i know this is a kushina = sakura thread, but people are stating weird things about who naruto is gonna end up with!

sure they have similar hair color and personalities, but when has kishi ever gone with the things that seem will happen but have not? doesn't kishi tend to surprys us, like, VERY OFTEN?

The problem is the similarity people are using to compare Kushina and Sakura are trivial.For what little we know of Kushina, she doesn't seem anything like Sakura.Kushina when she was an academy student and as an adult was strong will, courageous, and outgoing.Sakura was weak, scare and helpless in her academy and genin days.And even though she has become stronger and more skilled as she's aged, she still is emotionally weak.Sakura was definitely not designed to be similar to Kushina, in personality or physical appearance when you take that into account.Case in point, when Tsunade and Jiriaya where talking about Kushina they said her personality was similar to naruto's.Does Sakura seem similar to naruto to you?On physical appearance, Kushina facial features and Sakura don't match up.All in all, I just don't see where the similarity are coming from beside the trivial.


On a sidenote.If naruto had the personality of his mother, wouldn't his ideal mate be someone who have character traits of his father? Soft spoken, calm, intelligent , and braves are the adjectives that would best describe Minato.Who fits the characterictics would probably be the person he most likely will end up with in the series.

The fact that they're similar is even more reason that naruto should go for Hinata, that way you get the balance of Hot headedness with Cool headedness,
Naruto is like his mother, so he should go for hinata who is more similar to minato

who could possibly think they dont resemble????? everything about that episode had little Sakura all over it, and quite frankly even in the manga she reminded me greatly of Sakura

-Kushina's hair color was unique to Konoha(tho others had had it im sure), Though not mentioned, who else do you know in the show has pink hair like Sakura?

-She only noticed Minato after he saved her and complimented her hair.
They are both very short tempered girls, i mean is everyone going to hate Kushina now cuz she bopped her son on the head during the episode? She has the same confident outgoing personality as Sakura, smart, and the taijutsu she used was similar to like Tsunade!

-both made fun of as kids (and Hinata was never made fun of, Neji was just jealous)
