Personality: Karin is by far the worst. Sakura and Hinata are both really nice and friendly but I'd say Sakura has the better personality because she's more outgoing and confident.
Strength: Sakura wins here
Accomplishments: Hinata has done stuff but nothing compared to the other two. Karin's accomplishments were healing her teammates/saving Sasuke, destroying the wooden statue to get to Sasuke and assisting Sasuke. I can't think of much else. Sakura has done the most for her village: killing a member of Akatusuki, healing hundreds of people before and after war, saving up enough chakra to use her strength of a hundred seal, punching a god, saving Naruto, Sasuke, Hinata, Kankuro etc.
Looks: I'd say it's a tie between Sakura and Hinata. Karin is pretty too but she always looks angry all the time so her looks suffer because of it.
So Sakura would be the best Konoichi and overall character.

That was a stick aimed at Naruto rather than her and it's not the same thing as having ropes being thrown around you. Also, she can't hold rotation for long periods of time which would give Karin the opportunity to plan her strikes.

Alright so what has she done that is just as much if not more than Sakura??? And does it matter when it happened? She still accomplished all of it. I love Hinata but she's just not in the manga enough to do anything.

from the start Hinata has a better backstory than Sakura..
Sakura got none

Hinata overcame her insecurities fight neji .. Didn't back down found her nindo..
Sakura didn't do anything in part one

part two yes Sakura fought sasori with the help of chiyo..
Hinata stood up to pain.. Confessed her love
Displayed a new jutsu..
Sakura didn't display anything new .. Only saying shannarroo longer

Until the war are Sakura attributes only grew .. But the character has not..
