? Sakura would naturally summon her slug in reaction and end up creating a much worse scenario than any other ninja would experience. Well seeing as how sakura is still alive and clearly faced and fought more stronger foes, it kinda of makes her case as one of the strongest...none of the strongest ever whoever they may be fought the likes of kaguya who is regarded as the strongest character in naruto.
