Part 1 Sakura is a better tank than most, and you are forgetting that Sakura was poisoned by Sasori's poisons, that Kankuro fainted instantly from, so this is a great feat

Just to make it clear - is has nothing to do with her techniques or abilities, or how much she is like Tsunade - she is terrible because she hesitates and over estimates herself.

Yeah sure, because deflecting a Tail wasn't remotely useful.
Back to the point - I agree, Sakura isn't a 'tanker'. In combat, I rate her pretty low not because of her skills/techniques - but because she has the wrong mentality for it.
She hesitates all the time, constantly makes the wrong choices (rushing at a three-tailed Naruto to 'stop him'), overrates her own abilities (mission: kill Sasuke with poisoned kunai).
- Sephiroth handed her ass to her on a gold platter. Where she could actually see it.
- Yazo played around with her, and the second he got serious, he mowed her ass down. It was laughable that she accomplished nothing.

Regardless - at least Tifa doesn't cry like a little b*tch at the drop of hat, and sure she may not be a healer but everyone knows healing is for pussies.
