Kept Naruto alive when Kurama was extracted without the use of chakra or medical Jutsu. Healed a small battalion of Ninja while fighting on a battlefield.

She can heal very well. I'd have no issues with her in this department. It doesn't matter if Tsunade is better or not. Sakura is just as good. Especially now. Everything else is another matter though.
