Shikamaru: He's overall more useful, but he hasn't shown enough power to overcome Sakura.
Kushina: we know very little about her abilities, other than surpressing the Kyuubi.
Yahiko: we don't know his actual abilities.
Haku: he's a low jonin level ninja guys. Come on now.

But you're missing a lot of characters on this list. Sakura also loses to:
Hiruzen, Gai, Kakashi, Yagura, Kimimaro, etc. Those five alone put her out of 30s. Top 40 at best

Since Sakura is a medic ninja she can heal herself. I don't think anyone else other than Tsunade and Hashirama can beat her at that. And doubt Itachi couldn't climb a tree his first try like her.
