Well Natuo and Sasuke (who trained under the other 2 Sannins) are pretty much the strongest out there right now so it would make sense that Sakura should be as well.
But because she is a medical ninja and therefore doesn't use big a$$ destruction jutsu people tend to overlook her. They forget that medical ninjutsu can also kill, and that her strength is more than enough for regular ninjas.
If she could create some new jutsu or something impressive, like her own signature jutsu it would truly be awesome.
