Fact is, she does have feats with the chakra chains, so this is just a dodge. She doesn't have taijutsu feats, but it's a fact that she's not a weak ninja as per manga portrayal. For Sakura to blitz her, she'd have to be like, the slowest ninja in NV.

Kurama doesn't have a choice whether or not to help Kushina. Bijus don't want to die, and they would if their jinchuriki is killed. Needless to say, if Kushina ever get pressured, Kurama has no choice but to use his chakra.

My point was that humans are smaller, faster, and harder to hit. Sakura wouldn't have any issues dodging them.

Or she can just direct all the chains at Sakura like Karin did. Only difference would be that Kushina's would actually get the job done due to being way more powerful than Karin's.
