Kaguya's actual regenerative feats don't support anything on that level. For one thing, She bleeds, Juubi Jinchuriki's don't. Second, her only feat of regeneration is regrowing an arm after turning into the Juubi for a bit, which is essentially artistic shorthand for "This Character is now back at 100% Health". And because i am biased towards my own point of view, i'm not counting Regeneration by Transformation. This includes Naruto healing from being impaled several times during the Pain arc.
