Sakura power up will be shown by using flashback.
First, Naruto & Sasuke were given the power up by Hagomoro.
Then Kakashi was given the power up. Naruto using Hagoromo "creation of all things" create a new left eye for Kakashi. At this point, some of Hagomoro chakra could flow into Kakashi. And Obito returned and gave Kakashi his sharingan eyes + Juubi chakra. Obito chakra is still inside Kakashi body, because Sakura did not see Obito return and Sakura was shock to see Obito sharingan eyes on Kakashi.
Sakura had that power strength since young, medic skill may has surplus her mentor.
Do you know: Each members of Team 7 have each different type of skill, jutsu, etc.
So, comparing who is stronger is do not apply to Team 7.
Only exception is both Naruto & Sasuke, together that can seal Kayuga.
