Did Sakura learn her techs overnight with a shadowclone plot device? No.
Did Sakura have her body augmented with Hashi-DNA? Was she revived in edo form? Did she say 'well I don't have any bonus powers I'll just be weak." No, no and NO.

Sakura literally studied, trained and earned every skill that she had over three years. While naruto and the rest of k11 were screwing around she became OP by her own hard work and effort.

could be beat any of the top ten? no. but she earned her powers unlike most of the main characters at her age.

Lee is a secondary character and that's why his achievements are not shown, but his power and improvement are realistic, unlike Sakura's(team 7, 10 and the others at that age are unnaturally shown as stronger in the extensions of the war);
Not to mention she had often been a burden, often crying, and rarely helping the others. She could have been useful if she actually learnt how to avoid attacks- the main ability of a med. ninja(but still irritating as well) ;;
