While she is old-kage level, I feel as though the standards for that "kage-level" will change now that so many younger characters are getting power-ups. Naruto and Sasuke are both more qualified for hokage. If anything, it should be Sasuke. Naruto would not be a good diplomat or be able to lead the village efficiently. He's too stupid, no matter how strong he is.

I don't know where people get the idea that Sakura is still lower than Tsunade. She did the same thing Tsunade did except with a stronger version of Madara. I would easily consider them the exact same level.

Agreed. In fact, I think it would be befitting to create a new skill level to describe just how weak ninja like sakura really are. I call it the fodder level. What is the job of a fodder level ninja you ask?? Well when a powerful enemy comes along their job is to be a source of minor entertainment for the enemy untill the enemy gets bored with them and decides (s)he's had enough for one day and leaves, or until the real ninja can create a battle strategy. Either way the important thing is even if the members of the fodder level ninja die their deaths serve as a minor distraction for the enemy for a few minutes.

I'm not sure how Sakura showing an ability she has already shown chapters ago makes her Kage level now.Sakura was already kage level in strength, intelligence, and her understanding of the daily operation of a village.Some people are stupidly associating fighting strength with what it takes to be a good leader(Kage).

She is Kage-level in some aspects. She lacks experience and battle-intelligence. She is also seemingly useless outside close combat (Unless you count summons).

This is nonsense..Sakaru's intelligence and "battle-intelligence" as you called it is above both her team 7 members.As for close combat, the shear force her Sakaru's punches causes enough force to destroy the surrounding area and multiple opponents(mini juubi clones).

Yeah it is really nice to compare a normal girl who was not born with any special blood and powers with people who is blessed with special abilities, borrowed powers and free power-ups.

At least Sakura did all of her own to reach her current level. Not like Naruto and Sasuke.
