This begins to make me doubt Tsunade even say the chakra enhanced strength jutsu, I think she is just naturally that strong, was it ever stated in the manga that she uses chakra to enhance her strength, or was it just seen in the anime ...anyway lol.

So now we know that she basically did the same thing, Kakshi worded it the same and everything. Which is why im confused as to Kakashi was shocked.

He seen her do it before, of course she wasn't going to use the strength part on Ino, lol.

So seeing as how Sakura speed and strength is equivalent and this is what her chakra is capable of doing to her strength now, that she has full control.

No, Sakura only did that for Madara, she flinched at kaguya.
Itachi > nagato, Sakura didn't even choke
Nagato isn't scaring her.
And she overcame that fear,
Also tendo is the only path that may cause a problem, but when be destroyed, Katsuyu > gravity
