I was just thinking that, I don't understand how someone with "excellent chakra control" can't make chakra enhanced speed.

Yeah she knew how to do that in part 1 in the chunnin exams

Where as Karin is still loyal and with Sasuke despite everything he did and his darkness. Karin never tried to kill Sasuke. Karin never changed her feelings to another boy.

Those scans you provided are very funny because they are not speed feats at all expect a select few but even those are minor and if I recall, didn't she plan on most of those instances happening? In the first scan, she faked being hurt and when Sasori came closer she punched his puppet into pieces. That's not a speed feat. That is called thinking ahead and being smart.
The second scan you posted shouldn't even be shown. She did not completely evade the poison string so how exactly is that speed feat?
The third scan all comes back to evasion which again is not the same as speed. It is just the ability to be able to dodge which even Shikamaru was able to do against Hidan and he is not even faster than Hidan

The fifth scan was also planned and she knew who the Zetsu was.

The sixth scan is just you getting desperate because leaping and jumping is not speed and the very next panel didn't she have to be saved by Sasuke and Naruto?

Also, the seventh panel is irrelevant and has nothing to do with speed.

I dunno although Sakura's family does respect her over Meg with the griffins. Then again when everyone got superpowers Meg got super nails. I don't really have to say how Naruto and Sasuke powers stack up to sakura.

Using this calculator to inputting 4.534 degrees for the angle and 1.631 meters for her size, the distance we get from the point of view of the panel to Tsunade is 20.6 meters.

You said that it happened in mere seconds, so I'll just use 1 second for simplicity.

Tsunade's speed = 20.6 meters per second!!!!!

That's twice as fast as Usain Bolt!!!
