The funny thing is, she has not weakness (regeneration), she never had to work hard (perfect chakra control and smart), and the only thing that held her back was literally not being developed and plot emotional outburst. She was weak in the beginning and maybe not even then but the fact that she felt inferior in comparison with Naruto and Sasuke made her look weak. and I meant she had to work hard under Tsunade, to develop her skills and get to that regeneration stage. "working hard" is a quality! =D
And I believe the emotional outburst is what makes her human and I love that about her.
Naruto was pretty predictable in his development, but yeah he's a good fella.
