we dont know if tsunades dead because she was the only one moving when we last seen the kages.. and i think sakura is implying that hers last longer when she says and i dont gotta use it to look young.. tsundae didnt have that jutsu when she was young because orochimaru didnt know about it.. sakura can be on another level i doubt it but its possible..

Anyone except Tsunde, Sakura and Hashirama would have died from that pretty quickly.. she made hand seals for a summon and Katsuyu said she would heal her.
