Sakura Is high kage Tier

I am a fan of Sakura, but a Kage level shinobi? No.

Her healing abilities are very advanced however her combat level is about a low Joinin. That's why I put her overall abilities at a high Joinin level.

One that was very factual. Two you might want to counter some of the points I made.
three no matter how long of a list you write of people sakura still cant beat. She still is the next strongest after that
And her not being able to beat a handful of people in a sea of tons and tons of ninja isnt really detrimental to her success.

About halfway through sakura learned his patterns and Chiyo let her go. So about half that fight was sakura there for those "feats" are sakuras.

Don't act as if she could dodge Sasori's puppets and justu at the start, because she couldn't. Had chiyo let Sakura go 2v1 without her controlling. She would of died.

Yea. But thats probably even more of a feat seeing as her ability to adapt is isane

Plus naruto basically has Sage mode clones and rasengan varients so dont bring up jutsu variation
Her reflexes are insane. Who Sensed and deflected the Sleep jutsu that KO both naruto and sasuke. Thats a reflex feat and a situational awarness feat

Plus her situational awareness is why she vowed to kill sasuke herself
