The second reason is because NaruHina,we all known that this is going to happen and it's not likely that Sasuke will come back to Sakura

Why would kishi make hinata who is not a medical nin heal naruto's arm? its kinda funny but at the same time kinda sad because i think we're gonna kiss sakura goodbye U_U
