Dont be ridiculous, Why do people hate a fiction character that much?
Kishi introduced her to the anime because she has a specific role on it if she is useless then kishi is to blame as he is the one who wants her to be useless however I disagree about Sakura being useless. For those who think she is useless all you see is how she used to be in the first part of Naruto which was quite strange but now she is a grown up female despite her love for Sasuke.

Do you think Sakura is useless? Then ask Kishi to make her useful by allowing her alone to solo juubi with PNJ and stuff...
